Hi I just want to know , that shd one send a photo with resume and cover letter for jobs in Singapore. Is it the norm. I am from canada and I have never heard of sending a photo with resume.

Areent there any privacy concerns with this ?? Please guide as I am looking for jobs in Singapore and wonder if sending a picture might help , as I have not done that till now.

some site host the interview question for specific topic like C#, .Net, Java, engineering

photo with resume means attached your passport photo inside your CV.
It's not the whole body photo.
I think they just only want to see your face.
I also think it's not necessary but most of people do like that.
so I just followed.. :P
